Terms of use
A plain-language outline of the terms MoralNest intends to offer. The final terms will be published here before release.
Using MoralNest
- Accounts are for adults. A parent or guardian is responsible for how children in their family use the app.
- MoralNest is for personal, family use.
- Please keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you believe someone else has used your account.
Stories
- Catalogue stories are provided for you to read and listen to within the app.
- Stories you create are written with the help of AI and are fiction. They are private to your account.
- Stories are for enjoyment and reflection. They are not professional, medical, legal or religious advice. Islamic-friendly stories are fiction and are not religious rulings or scholarship.
Acceptable use
Do not use story creation to request content that is unsafe for children, that targets or identifies a real person, or that attempts to get around the app's safety checks. We may limit or close accounts that do.
Plans and purchases
- MoralNest has a free plan and a premium plan. What each includes, and the price, are shown in the app before you buy.
- Story creation and narration have allowances that renew periodically. Allowances exist because these features have real running costs.
- Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by the app store you bought from, under that store's terms.
Availability
We work to keep MoralNest available and safe, but features that depend on outside providers, such as story creation and narration, may sometimes be unavailable. Reading remains available when narration is not.
Still to be finalised
The legal entity offering MoralNest, governing law, liability terms, and the process for changes to these terms will be added with legal review before release.
