Answers to the questions families ask most.

Is MoralNest available yet?
MoralNest is being prepared for iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and Windows. Download links will be added to this site when the apps are available in each store.
Do my children need their own accounts?
No. An adult creates the account and adds a reader profile for each child, with a nickname and an age band.
Who can see the stories we create?
Only your family. Created stories are saved to your own library and are not published to other users.
Why did the app decline to create my story?
Requests are checked for content that is unsuitable for children, for personal details, and for religious material that needs verified sources. Try a different idea, or leave the idea box empty and use the guided choices alone.
Can MoralNest create stories about prophets or include verses and hadith?
No. Stories written with AI are fiction about good character in everyday life. They never quote scripture or hadith and never portray prophets or figures from religious history.
What if narration is not working?
You can always read the story. Narration depends on an outside service and may occasionally be unavailable or take a moment to prepare.
How do I report a story?
Open the story in the app and choose Report. Our team reviews every report.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the app store you bought from. Open your subscriptions in that store’s settings to cancel or change your plan.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile, then account settings, and choose Delete account. This removes your reader profiles, library and created stories.
