MoralNest

Features

Everything in MoralNest serves one thing: a good story, shared calmly, that leaves something worth talking about.

Stories to discover

  • Chosen and reviewed by people

Every story in the catalogue is written or edited by our team and approved by a reviewer before it is published.

  • Find by value, theme or age

Looking for a story about patience for a six-year-old? Browse by the value, the theme and the age band that fit tonight.

  • Comfortable reading

A quiet reading view with adjustable text size, light and dark appearance, and your place remembered.

  • Narration

Listen to a story read aloud. If narration is ever unavailable, reading always still works.

Stories to create

Story creation in MoralNest is guided. Instead of typing instructions to an AI, you make a handful of choices and can add a short idea of your own.

  1. Choose the reader

The story is written for that reader's age band and your family's content mode.

  2. Choose the value

Pick what the story should show — kindness, honesty, courage, gratitude and more.

  3. Choose the details

A main character's first name, friends, a setting, a tone and a length.

  4. Checked before you see it

Your choices and the finished story both pass safety checks. A story that does not pass is never shown.

Created stories are fiction written with the help of AI and are labelled that way. They are private to your family's library.

For the whole family

  • Reader profiles

Set up a profile for each child with a nickname and an age band. Profiles belong to the parent's or guardian's account.

  • Family library

Favourites, saved stories, stories you created and what you were reading, kept together.

  • Your devices

MoralNest is being built for iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and Windows, with your library following your account.

  • Free to start

Reading curated stories and trying story creation are part of the free plan. A premium plan adds more creations, longer stories, more narration and more reader profiles. Plan details are shown in the app before you decide.
